Alisha has joined the Beam Team with over 8 years of experience working with children and adults of all abilities. Alisha started her career in outdoor education and progressed to literacy and learning support in school settings, supporting students with emotional, physical, and learning challenges to reach their goals. Alisha has also spent many years working in community supports as a disability and youth support officer, completing a Certificate IV in Disability and Certificate III in Education Support during this time.

Outside of work, Alisha balances herself by exploring camping and 4-wheel driving spots with her partner, spending time with her dog and watching new movies.
